VERRES SpA
is able to carry out the complete design of mintage projects, be
it at the level of the coin design and the consequent emission of
the special technical specifications, be it at the industrialization
level. They take care of the design, the supply and the installation
of the necessary machinery right up to start-up of the same, all
in the sphere of a "turnkey" service that also reaches
as far as the methods and machinery necessary for testing the entire
production or statistics.
The close collaboration with the minting sector of the
Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato (State
Typography and Mint) allows for offering not only semi-processed materials
for mintage, but also the
coins themselves, minted according to the specifications of the customer.

The above-mentioned close collaboration has led to
the development of the first bimetallic coin in the world, an idea
subsequently adopted by other mints and still the only system designed
with a crimping system covered by an international patent for elevated
loads of untwisted creel.
The partnership we have established with the market’s leading European companies in the galvanic industry enables us to supply the various types of coverings used in coinage (copper, brass, bronze, nickel)
