VERRES SpA is equipped with five complete
lines for producing blanks as well as 4 high speed presses to carry out the
assembly phase of inners with rings, obtaining bimetallic
pieces ready for being minted, with a potential of 700 pieces/min.
The production capacity is able of reaching 20 t per shift, meaning
that in reference to the current consolidated operability based on 17
shifts a week, VERRES SpA is capable of producing up to 1,200 t/month
(with reference to a sample coin blank with an average weight of 5 g).
