Our company has always believed in following the path of development keeping to principles of fairness, transparency and observing the regulations in force.
Solid proof of the company's attitude was the adoption and distribution among all its employees, already in October 2003, of its Code of Ethics.A concise statement governing the company's social values, but also which the company expects all its employees and collaborators to follow, a shared commitment towards the challenges that the business world poses to its participants.
The company has the purpose to make public the principles of this Code and, consequently, properly train its partners about the commitments and obligations laid out by the Code itself. To this aim, visitors are invited to download the text, , the latest revision approved by the Board of Directors, by clicking the link on this page.
All addressees and partners of VERRES SpA can report, verbally or written, any violation or suspicion of violation of its Code of Ethics to the Compliance Officer who will arrange for appropriate investigations to be carried out. In the same way, it is possible to request explanations concerning the principles and contents of the Code itself.
